It has unbeatable and excellent location in Newington district just next door to the buses, the Royal Mile and city attractions and public transport. The staff is helpful, they ensure you have a VERY GOOD time here. 

The hotel was really pretty and quiet with good wi-fi. All the staff was very nice, and solved my issues.- The good and perfect location, a short walk from a bus stop, was just what I needed.- This property

Great location for exploring nearby attractions such as the castle, and the staff were really helpful. The place was fairly clean and well-maintained, just what I was looking for. I’d definitely consider coming back here. 👍 

the lady that runs the b&b was very friendy & helpful notthing was to much trouble for her i would be staying their again next time i go i liked that their was buses into the city 

My daughter has just started university in Edinburgh so my mother and I went to visit her for the weekend. We booked the triple room and as soon as my daughter saw the double bed decided to spend the night with us too.
